Decent extensions, slow delivery
I purchased the Echthaar Extensions and a Bürste für Extensions. The hair quality itself was quite good, felt very soft and seemed durable. However, delivery took longer than expected, about 9 days to reach me. The tracking information wasn't updated frequently either, which was a bit frustrating. The brush is nice though, gentle on the extensions. Overall, a good product, but the shipping could be improved.

Overall positive, minor color issue
I ordered a set of Bonding Extensions and a Pflege-Set für Extensions. The ordering process on the website was smooth, very easy to navigate. Delivery took 6 days to get to my place in California, which was within the estimated window. The quality of the bonding extensions felt very good, soft and natural. However, the color of the extensions was slightly lighter than I expected from the online swatch, but it wasn't a huge deal after I toned it a bit. The Pflege-Set works well with the hair. Customer support was helpful when I asked about application tips. I'd shop here again, just be a bit more careful with color selection next time.
